Stone patio planters can be used to plant anything. Because stone is porous, they are an easy vehicle in which to grow plants. The plants can then have room to breathe. Stone patio planters are a great way to have flowers or any other plants on the patio, some even all year long. You can also use hanging patio planters to hang from the eaves of your home. These are usually filled with annual flowers and are often made of plastic. Some people toss these out after the season is over because they are very cheap. The following year, they simply buy another planter with more flowers. Hanging patio planters are usually very inexpensive and run about five dollars. They are a cheap way to fix up a patio.
Whether your patio planters are affixed to the patio or if they are able to be moved, they will work well to give your patio some color. You never realize how important it is to get color and beauty to your patio using plants until you actually start putting plants on the patio using patio planters. Once you do this, you will see the difference it will make.
You do not want to put too many patio planters on the patio as it will make the deck or patio look too crowded. But to have a few of them will add charm to the appearance of this structure and make it a pleasure for you to look at as well as others.
